Delivery Inside Dhaka City

• **Delivery Time:** We typically deliver within 24 to 48 hours for orders placed within Dhaka metropolitan area.
• **Delivery Charge:** A standard delivery charge is applicable for all orders within Dhaka. The exact amount will be communicated during the order confirmation.
• **Process:** Our dedicated delivery team will contact you before heading to your location to ensure your availability.
• **Cash on Delivery (COD):** COD is available for most locations within Dhaka. You can pay for your product in cash after receiving it.

Delivery Outside Dhaka (Nationwide)

• **Delivery Time:** For locations outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier service schedules.
• **Courier Service:** We partner with reputable courier services (e.g., Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan) to ensure the safe delivery of your product.
• **Process:** To confirm an order for delivery outside Dhaka, a partial advance payment is required. The remaining amount can be paid to the courier service upon receiving the product (Condition Booking).
• **Booking & Charges:** The advance amount and total delivery charge will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed. You will be responsible for collecting the product from your nearest courier service branch.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once you place an order, our team will call you to confirm the details, including the product, price, and delivery address. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (for courier deliveries) to monitor the status of your shipment.

Product Inspection
