Pre-Owned Laptops
We offer a **15-day replacement guarantee** for all our pre-owned laptops. If you face any hardware-related issues (that are not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, or software problems) within 15 days of your purchase, we will provide a replacement for your product.
- The product must be in the same physical condition as it was when purchased.
- All original accessories, packaging, and the purchase receipt must be provided.
- Our technical team will first diagnose the issue. If the problem is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, a replacement will be issued.
- Refunds are generally not provided for pre-owned laptops unless a suitable replacement cannot be offered.
New Laptops
For brand new laptops, the return and refund policy is governed by the official warranty policy of the respective brand (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus). Most brands do not offer returns or refunds for products once they are unboxed, unless there is a major manufacturing defect confirmed by their authorized service center.
- If you believe your new laptop has a defect, you must report it to the brand's official service center in Bangladesh.
- If the service center issues a "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) certificate, you can bring it to us for a replacement, subject to the brand's policies.
General Conditions
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for a change of mind.
- Software-related issues, virus attacks, or problems caused by third-party software installation are not covered under the return policy.
- Any physical damage, dents, scratches, or signs of misuse after purchase will void the return and replacement eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a pre-owned laptop, please visit our store at **Shop 330, Level 3, Multiplan Center, Elephant Road, Dhaka** with the product and purchase receipt. For new laptops, please contact the respective brand's customer service first.
